These women of Hull, known as the matchstick makers, certainly had fire in their souls. Courageous, united, and often underestimated, they marked the history of the Outaouais with a vivid spark. This coffee pays tribute to them, a nod to their quiet strength and their forgotten, yet essential, role.

Hailing from Colombia, this coffee comes exclusively from producers certified Mujeres Cafeteras de Santander, an initiative that supports women in coffee cultivation, from farm to cup.

On the palate, Les allumettières is a gourmet awakening with notes of milk chocolate, toffee, and praline. Smooth, yet assertive, it comforts as much as it inspires.
