We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order , subject to the following conditions:

1. Unopened items : The product must be in its original packaging, intact and in perfect condition.
2. Defective items : If an item has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned or exchanged after inspection.

• Refund : Once the return is validated, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
• Exchange : Possibility of exchanging for an identical or equivalent item, depending on availability.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or special order products
• Gift cards
• Items are final sale

1. Contact us at vagabonde.cafe@gmail.com mentioning your order number, the reason for the return and photos, if necessary.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to which to send the item.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days .

• If the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For any other return (change of mind, customer order error), return shipping costs will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions.
