Discover the Dam revolution, a Montreal company redefining plant-based milk. This convenient format allows you to create up to 5 liters of creamy, fresh, and high-quality oat beverage, right in your own kitchen.

We chose Dam because its flavor profile was designed for coffee lovers. Since we exclusively offer single origin coffees, it was essential for us to find a plant-based base that would not mask the specific nuances of each terroir. Whether you are preparing a chocolatey and dense coffee or a more floral and delicate origin, this oat base perfectly complements each of our coffees by providing a silky texture, without ever altering its unique character.

Ingredients

Gluten-free oats, Sunflower oil, Himalayan pink salt, Sodium bicarbonate, Amylase. May contain: Nuts.

How to prepare?

In a bottle:

1. Pour 1 cup of water.

2. Add 6 tbsp (110 g) of Dam concentrate.

3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

4. Add 3 cups of water and shake again.

5. Enjoy! YUM!

In a blender:

1. Pour 1L of water.

2. Add 6 tbsp (110 g) of Dam concentrate.

3. Blend for 20 seconds.

4. Enjoy! YUM!

Storage

Pouch: 12 months at room temperature, even after opening!

Beverage mixed with water: 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.
